The history of our firm is firmly rooted in professional leadership. Since 1947, CaseyGerry attorneys have held leadership positions and longtime affiliations in some of the industry’s most important organizations, among them the American Bar Association, California State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA), and the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. CaseyGerry is also a founding sponsor of the San Diego Appellate Inn of Court.
Our founding partner David S. Casey, Sr., was president of the State Bar of California, and firm partner David S. Casey, Jr., is past president of the American Association for Justice – the nation’s largest trial bar – and was a driving force in that organization for more than a decade.
