    • Casey, a native La Jollan, is listed in “Best Lawyers” personal injury litigation section. A past president of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), Casey is a third generation attorney and native of La Jolla, He specializes in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, and has obtained successful verdicts and settlements for dozens of well-known cases. He is past president of both the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and the Consumer Attorneys of California, has been inducted into the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and is a fellow of the International Academy of Barristers.
  • Carmel Valley resident Robert J. Francavilla is listed in the product liability litigation section. With a trial practice that focuses on all aspects of serious personal injury and products liability, Francavilla has attained multi-million dollar results in cases dealing with highway design, automobile accidents and product and premises liability. He has received numerous honors — and was elected president of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego in 2005, as well as receiving tribute from that organization with its “Outstanding Trial Lawyer Award” on four separate occasions.
