Gayle M. Blatt is liaison counsel for the growing number of Hydroxycut personal injury cases in Multi-District Litigation now pending in the Southern District of California. Earning numerous multi-million dollar results, she concentrates her practice on personal injury, pharmaceutical and product liability litigation. She is a past president of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.

A past president of the American Association for Justice, David S. Casey, Jr. is a third generation attorney specializing in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has obtained successful verdicts and settlements for dozens of high profile cases throughout his three-decade career. The recipient of numerous awards and honors, he is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Concentrating on all aspects of serious personal injury and wrongful death, Robert J. Francavilla has obtained multi-million dollar results in highway design, automobile accident and premises liability cases. A member of ABOTA, he is a past president of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.

Earning numerous multi-million verdicts and settlements for a range of clients, Thomas D. Luneau focuses his practice primarily on personal injury, products liability and civil rights, and has extensive experience with a full gamut of cases, including trucking cases and Rhino ATV roll-overs.

Specializing in personal injury, products liability, class actions and civil litigation, Thomas D. Penfield is chair of the Task Force on Plaintiff’s Involvement of the Tort, Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) of the American Bar Association (ABA) and past president of the Bar Association of North San Diego County. He is an adjunct professor at University of San Diego (USD) School of Law.
