CaseyGerry is investigating a very sensitive data breach related to Reproductive Biology Associates / My Egg Bank North America.

According to Reproductive Biology Associates, in April 2021, they discovered that a file server containing embryology data, which is highly confidential, was encrypted and therefore inaccessible.  The information involved in the breach included patient’s:
