Fiondella, Milone, & LaSaracina LLP (FML) Data Breach

 CaseyGerry is investigating a data breach that may have impacted clients and employees of clients of Certified Public Accounting firm, Fiondella, Milone & LaSaracina LLP (FML).

In the notice of breach filed, FML discovered unusual activity in their network on September 14, 2021. Their investigation revealed that their network system was compromised, and highly sensitive data may have been copied between September 9 and 14, 2021.

The report stated that the compromised data included names and Social Security numbers.

FML provides a range of accounting services to businesses in construction, biomedical and life sciences, retail, manufacturing, non-profits and more.

The company did not release the number of those impacted but has noted that the breach may have affected business owners, and others affiliated with those businesses.
