Jay Paulino serves as an in-house Senior Investigator at Casey Gerry Schenk Francavilla Blatt & Penfield, LLP. Possessing a California state private investigator license, certification as a professional investigator, and certification as a remote pilot for small unmanned aircraft systems, he boasts a distinguished career spanning over 15 years. His extensive experience revolves around conducting investigations on behalf of law firms and insurance companies.

Within our firm, Paulino collaborates with all our litigation teams, leveraging his proficiency in strategic planning and execution of investigations. His unwavering dedication to the pursuit of justice proves invaluable in constructing successful cases for the teams. His specialization includes handling diverse cases such as catastrophic personal injury, traumatic brain injury, wrongful death, product liability and failure, premises liability, strict liability, mass tort, and class actions. Notably, Paulino served as the lead investigator for CaseyGerry during the 2017 and 2018 Northern California Fires litigation against PG&E.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Paulino assumes pivotal roles as the San Diego district Director and Governor for the California Association of Licensed Investigators. His commitment to utilizing his skills and resources for the betterment of others is evident in his extensive volunteer work, which includes contributions to local churches, non-profit organizations, the Foster Youth Program, and Feeding San Diego.
