Job Summary:
As a Document Reviewer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that documents produced in discovery are reviewed and coded in accordance with the requirements and information provided in the case(s) to which you are dedicated. Your attention to detail and keen eye for accuracy will make a significant impact on the successful representation of the Plaintiffs. We are seeking multiple experienced Document Reviewers to join our dynamic complex litigation team. We are seeking full-time, open flexibility available. Can be worked around your schedule but may require 40 hours a week. The position can be remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive document review and analysis in accordance with project guidelines and attorney instructions.
- Identify and flag documents for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and/or other specified categories.
- Assist in the preparation of privilege logs, redaction, and other document-related tasks.
- Collaborate with project managers, attorneys, and other team members to ensure the efficient and accurate completion of document review projects.
- Maintain detailed and accurate review documentation and provide regular descriptive and status updates to project management.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the document review work.
Qualifications:
- Active bar membership in good standing, in the US.
- Prior experience in legal document review, e-discovery, or litigation support is preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research and document management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet project deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation:
Hourly basis, hourly range is negotiable based on your background and experience.
