Davis & Ellis v. R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company et. al.

CaseyGerry was one of the firms selected by Governor Gray Davis to pursue a private attorney general action against Big Tobacco. The case was included in the national settlement of $206 billion by the tobacco industry, with California receiving $25.2 billion. The firm also served as co-counsel in representing Californians in a class action against the tobacco companies for unfair business practices.
