Noah J. Moss

Associate Attorney

For the first part of my career I worked in New York City at one of the country’s largest law firms representing some of the country’s most powerful companies. In that setting, I saw first-hand how power and wealth eclipsed basic human values. This was unacceptable to me. So I made a change and never looked back.

Now I practice as a personal injury and civil rights attorney. I represent individuals when they’ve been hurt, betrayed, or lose a family member and have to navigate the justice system to have a chance at fair compensation. I joined Casey Gerry because they believe that negligent individuals and companies must be held accountable for their actions. And in that pursuit, we are relentless.

In 10 years as an attorney, I’ve had the good fortune to work with and learn from some of the finest trial lawyers in the U.S. In 2018, I graduated from the Trial Lawyer’s College where I trained to be a courtroom advocate using methods developed by Gerry Spence, one of the most successful trial attorneys to ever step into a courtroom.

This work and training has prepared me to take on challenging cases and find a way to win against the odds.

As an undergraduate student at the University of California San Diego, I studied Biology with a minor in Law & Society. While in law school at Loyola University School of Law in Chicago, I received a special certification in Advocacy. This gives me a unique edge in personal injury cases where a plaintiff’s lawyer has to be able to navigate law, science, sociology, and other areas in order to effectively tell the story of the people and harm involved in each case. I enjoy the hard work of restoring some measure of justice to people who find their way to our law firm in what often is the most challenging moment in their lives.

Outside the courtroom, I do my best to stand up for the values instilled in me by my parents. I currently sit on the Board of Planned Parenthood Mar Monte advocating for women’s healthcare and reproductive rights. I’ve written for the Warrior Magazine. As a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and American Association for Justice, it’s an honor to be an active member of a tremendous community of attorneys both here in San Diego and across the country.

Raised in Chicago, I learned the importance of growing up in a diverse community. I’m a Chicago sports fan through and through. In my free time, I travel and support local artists. I’ve worked as a writer and poet, traveling and writing at live events across the country.

At home, I enjoy reading, exercising, and hiking with my dog.
