With a legal career spanning three decades, Tom has had his share of formidable opponents in the courtroom over the years. He started his career as a state-licensed private investigator, joining CaseyGerry in 1982 as a staff investigator.

Now a talented litigator who has prosecuted many complex cases, Luneau focuses his practice primarily on auto and tractor-trailer accidents and other serious personal injury and wrongful death cases such as motorcycle lane splitting injuries, concussion injuries, and more. In addition, he handles product liability cases including liability in eCommerce, earning numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for victims affected by defective products like lithium batteries, defective industrial drilling machinery, and more.

Luneau is currently putting his investigative training to work, focusing on serious injuries caused by commercial truck collisions. “These are difficult cases that involve the interplay between state and federal laws and regulations and complex fact patterns,” he says. “My training in accident reconstruction has really helped me decipher complex causation issues in trucking cases, especially cases involving Big Rigs.”

Tom is also focused on helping foster children who are at risk, donating time and energy to the San Pasqual Academy in Escondido.
