Private Investigator

Paul Francavilla is the senior member of the CaseyGerry’s investigative department, one of the very few personal injury law firms in California with an in-house investigative department. He has been with Casey Gerry as a private investigator since 2005.

As senior member, Paul is responsible for conducting all aspects of case investigation from the inception of a case through trial. Paul’s investigative skills cover the spectrum of personal injury cases, including automobile, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian collisions, product liability, premises liability, slip, trip and fall accidents, construction site injuries, and wrongful death. He is called upon to document accident scenes, take photographs and measurements, conduct surveys, interview witnesses, research property and company ownership and locate and identify all potentially at-fault parties. Paul also works closely with law enforcement agencies to gather reports, identify and preserve evidence, and locate witnesses. Paul’s work is instrumental in Casey Gerry successfully obtaining justice for victims of negligence and corporate wrongdoing.

Paul is licensed by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, which requires 6000+ hours of investigative training and successful completion of a rigorous examination. He is also a member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI), the largest private investigator association in the world. The purpose of CALI is to advance the profession through continuing education and legislative advocacy programs.
