Olympic Hopeful Files Suit After Training Incident

CaseyGerry partner Robert J. Francavilla recently spoke with NBC 7 about a lawsuit the firm filed on behalf of elite athlete and former wrestling US National Team member Richard Perry.

Perry was at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton for a National Team training camp, when he suffered a catastrophic head injury after being placed into a military weapons training.
