CaseyGerry is investigating a data breach that may have affected approximately 500,000 patients of Iowa-based company, Wolfe Clinic, P.C. (Wolfe Eye Clinic.)

According to the notice on the company’s website, the breach occurred on February 8, 2021 when an unauthorized party gained access to the company’s systems.
