Johnson & Johnson Sunscreen Recall Benzene found in Neutrogena® and Aveeno® Aerosol Sunscreen products

Johnson & Johnson has issued a recall for four Neutrogena® sunscreen products and one Aveeno® sunscreen product for containing the carcinogen benzene. All recalled products are aerosol sunscreen products.

In a press release issued by Johnson & Johnson, benzene is not an ingredient in Johnson & Johnson products and the company is investigating its presence in the recalled sunscreens.
